Assembly Process of Logistics Mold

- Preparation Work
A complete set of basic structures of logistics plastic molds mainly includes pouring system, molding system, ejection system and molding mechanism, exhaust system, cooling system, positioning and guiding structure, etc. Booling has 3 complete assembly lines, including assembly lines for hardware, plastics, and other components.
- Assembly and Final Assembly of Mold Components
After understanding the mold structure and ensuring that the accessories and tools are complete, the assembly of logistics mold components can begin. Such as the assembly of mold frames (must meet the assembly standards of HASCOA or Booling, etc.), the assembly of concave and convex molds and fixed plates, etc., to ensure the matching accuracy between the components.
- Precision Control
The workshop team members assemble the parts in order according to the mold design and match the core and cavity height to make the matching degree reach more than 90% to meet the process requirements. Booling attaches great importance to precision positioning devices such as locating pins, guide blocks, guide plates, and guide columns, which are the prerequisite for mold assembly precision in the logistics mold assembly process.
- Confirmation of Mold Standards
Logistics molds and standard parts have unified sizes and specifications, which need to be confirmed according to standards such as LKM, HASCOA, DME, or Booling standards to facilitate the subsequent replacement of standard parts and improve the manufacturing efficiency of molds.
- Trial Mold
The assembled mold is debugged and trial molded to ensure that it meets the size requirements of the product and demolding is smooth.
- Anti-rust Treatment
After ensuring that the logistics mold meets the production requirements, spray anti-rust paint on its various parts and attach a film to prevent the mold from getting damp and rusting during storage and sea transportation.
