    1. Electrospark machining (EDM)

It can achieve fast response and is very suitable for the processing and manufacturing of complex molds.
    2. Wire cutting
    Booling has more than 20 wire-cutting processing equipment, including fast wire-cutting machines and slow wire-cutting machines, all of which are SODICK brand. Booling’s wire-cutting accuracy is similar to that of a grinder, which can reach ±0.005mm. In addition to straight-line cutting, it can also cut into arcs.
    3. Grinding
    The YQ-618/614 model grinder used by Booling has an accuracy of ±0.002mm.
    4. CNC milling
    Booling’s CNC milling machines and machining centers can achieve the finishing of complex car lamp injection molds. The milling cutter movement is controlled by the data center, and the milling accuracy is increased to more than 1.6μm.
  • Heat treatment
    Booling has 2 vacuum heat treatment furnaces, 1 vacuum tempering furnace, 4 ordinary heat treatment furnaces, and 6 tempering furnaces.
