Before the mold is officially processed, we will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the mold and product structure to obtain the best design and manufacturing solution.

1. We will select the most suitable steel for the parts of the mold body and harden them to ensure that the mold has sufficient machinability. For crate molds, commonly used steels are P20, DIN.2738, S136, etc.
2. Booling uses CNC machine tools and other equipment to mill, drill, and turn the mold material to quickly remove excess material
3. The purpose of finishing is to control the machining allowance and surface quality of the mold, such as high-speed cutting, EDM, etc., which can meet the user’s requirements for surface roughness
4. Our cooling system combines cooling effect and uniformity and uses circulating water to flow in every part of the mold to reduce cooling time and improve production efficiency
5. Our engineers will polish and trim the parts to ensure that the surface is flawless
6. Assembly is the process of combining the processed parts into a complete mold. The parts are assembled according to the requirements of the general assembly drawing. The matching accuracy of the Booling crate mold can usually reach 0.01 mm~0.05 mm.
