If there are defects, you can send photos and videos, and our engineers will investigate and solve the problem as soon as possible. For products not meeting the requirements, you can apply for a remake through the relevant sales agreement, and we will arrange for a free remake. If the product quality problem is caused by your drawing problem, you must negotiate and pay the production fee separately. - Technical Support
