SLA 3D printing technology uses ultraviolet laser beams to accurately scan the surface of liquid photosensitive resin, solidify the material layer by layer, and finally build a high-precision three-dimensional entity. This technology is particularly suitable for the rapid manufacturing of fine components such as precision injection molds, medical anatomical models, complex fluid pipelines, and jewelry prototypes. It is mainly composed of a laser emission system, a resin tank, a lifting platform, a scraper system, and a post-curing device. According to repeated verification by our engineers, SLA molding can achieve a dimensional accuracy of ±0.05mm. Through the intelligent support algorithm, it can not only ensure the molding stability of complex suspended structures but also shorten the traditional development cycle by more than 70%.
Advantages of SLA 3D printing:
- Short production cycle
- The high degree of automation
- High printing accuracy
- Mature production technology
Our SLA 3D printing technology uses photosensitive resin materials and solidifies layer by layer through UV laser to ensure that the product has excellent surface quality and structural accuracy. In the medical field, Booling provides biocompatible materials to customize personalized treatment plans for patients, such as surgical guides, denture models, etc., making precision medicine within reach.

Custom SLA 3D Printing Process
At Booling, we adhere to the manufacturing concept of “precision, efficiency, and full control”. The SLA 3D printing customization process is divided into three stages:
- Booling’s engineering team uses special CAD software to design the model to be printed, slices the model through intelligent slicing software, and sets the scanning path. Then the obtained data is used to control the laser scanner and lifting platform, with a high degree of automation.
- The laser beam is controlled by a scanner controlled by a CNC device and irradiates the surface of the liquid photosensitive resin according to the designed scanning path. This will solidify a layer of resin in a specific area of the surface. When a layer is processed, a cross-section of the part is generated. The lifting platform descends a certain distance, and another layer of liquid resin is covered on the solidified layer, followed by a second layer scan. The second solidified layer will be firmly bonded to the previously solidified layer, and the layers will be stacked to form a three-dimensional workpiece prototype.
- After printing, the engineer takes out the model from the resin liquid, performs the final curing on the model, and performs subsequent treatments such as painting on the surface, and finally makes a customized SLA 3D printed product that meets the customer’s requirements. We can achieve highly automated operations from design to post-processing to meet customer requirements.
“We not only print models, but also create fine products.” Booling’s post-processing process allows each product to stand the test.

Core Features of SLA 3D Printing
In many years of SLA 3D printing practice, we have a deep understanding of the uniqueness of this technology:
Material properties: After UV laser curing, the photosensitive resin forms an irreversible solid structure with high strength and wear resistance, which is suitable for functional prototypes and end products.
Controllable precision: By adjusting the layer height parameters, we can optimize the surface finish, reduce the step effect, and meet the delicate needs of different industries.
Industry adaptation: Whether it is automotive parts, industrial molds, or medical models, we can provide highly matched solutions.
At Booling, we not only provide 3D printing services but also provide a trustworthy manufacturing partner.

Wide Application of SLA 3D Printing
