  1. To ensure the accuracy of the test, we recommend that customers follow the following guidelines:

    1. It is strictly forbidden to force the workpiece to be assembled to the checking fixture to avoid irreparable damage to the mold, product, and checking fixture.
    2. The bottom plate of the checking fixture cannot be used as a place to place parts, which is easy to damage the product and the checking fixture. The inspected parts should be placed stably on the operating platform.
    3. All sharp-edged tools cannot be placed on the operating platform of the checking fixture. Booling has a special tool placement to avoid scratching the tools and affecting the overall performance.
    4. After using the checking fixture, clean the surface of each device in time and close the clamping device. Put the inspection pin back in place, wipe the stop-checking fixture, inspection pin and positioning surface, and other iron fasteners, and do anti-rust treatment.
    5. The checking fixture is only used for measurement and inspection, and cannot be used directly as other tools.
    6. When testing automotive inspection tools, some parts need to be operated manually. Our operators are skilled and try to avoid collisions between the checking fixture and the workpiece. Operate carefully.
    7. Do not disassemble parts without authorization, and ensure that the parts of the inspection tool are complete. If replacement or disassembly is required, it must be reported and handled by a specialized technician.
