Different air conditioner parts can use different processing techniques, and the expected effects are also different.

-Blow Molding

The most common extrusion blow molding is to add plastic raw materials into the extruder barrel, heat it to a molten state, form a parison under the rotation of the screw, put it into the blow molding mold, and blow it into shape by passing air

-Injection Molding

Plastic raw materials enter the injection molding machine from the hopper for plasticization and melting and are injected into the closed mold cavity through the nozzle under the action of the hydraulic system. In this process, parameters such as injection speed need to be controlled. After a period of pressure maintenance, the product is cooled and formed.

  1. Shell

-Inner unit shell: The inner unit shell of the air conditioner needs to have a highly aesthetic appearance. Injection molding can meet the aesthetic needs of consumers, ensure strength and stability, and better protect the internal electronic components

-Outer unit shell: The outer unit of the air conditioner needs to have good weather resistance, impact resistance, and sealing, and can prevent rain, dust, etc. from entering the outer unit and causing failures

-Remote control panel shell: Different sizes and colors of remote control panel shells can be produced through different injection molding processes, which is ergonomic

-Display shell: Used to protect components such as air conditioner display screens and control buttons, and cooperate with buttons

  1. Air guide plate: The air guide plate is installed at the air outlet of the air conditioner to adjust the wind direction and wind speed. Injection molding can accurately control the size, angle, and direction of the air guide plate
  2. Grille: There are grilles at the air inlet and outlet of the inner and outer units of the air conditioner, which are usually used in conjunction with the air guide plate to filter dust and impurities in the air. The injection molding solution can change its pore size and shape to meet different filtering needs
  3. Drainage trough: used to collect condensed water generated during the operation of the air conditioner
  4. Connectors: used to connect different parts of the air duct to ensure the sealing and stability of the air duct system
