Our plastic cola crate mold uses CNC milling technology for fast and high-precision processing.

1. The design of the cola crate mold mainly uses CAD technology, comprehensively considering the size, shape, strength, and other factors of the product, and determines the basic structure of the mold and the distribution of reinforcing ribs according to these requirements.
2. We will submit the 3D drawings to the engineers and customers for review, and order steel, mold frames, and standard parts after both parties confirm.
3. Roughly process the steel according to the design drawings and 3D models to produce the approximate shape of the core and cavity.
4. Perform heat treatment processes such as tempering and quenching to improve the mechanical properties of the mold such as hardness, toughness, and wear resistance, and enhance the stability of mold processing.
5. Engineers cooperate with grinding, CNC machining, EDM, and other technologies to improve the accuracy of the cola crate mold. Our five-axis linkage machining technology can handle more complex fillets and special-shaped parts in the mold.
6. The ejection system of the plastic cola crate mold consists of ejection mechanisms such as ejector pins, ejector blocks, and push plates, as well as reset mechanisms. In the ejection system, we redesigned and adjusted the demoulding slope to improve the demolding efficiency.
7. The mold injection system consists of a plasticizing device, a feeding system, a metering device, a hydraulic system, a heating and cooling device, etc. Booling’s designers can meet customers’ requirements for each component.
8. If customers have logo and surface pattern requirements, we will design the corresponding pattern and text in the cavity, and can also provide insert production to achieve ODM production.

1. Casting system: The casting system of the mold consists of a main channel, branch channel, gate, and cold material hole, which is the channel for plastic melt to enter the cavity. We will design the casting system according to the volume, wall thickness, and shape of the plastic cola crate.
2. Molding parts: mainly including movable mold, fixed film, cavity, and core. Booling uses high-quality mold steel, which is heat-treated and surface-treated to achieve high hardness and durability.
3. Temperature control system: The temperature control method we usually choose is cooling the water channel and heating element to ensure that the plastic can maintain good fluidity during the filling process.
4. Exhaust device: When designing, we consider the position and size of the exhaust port according to the plastic parts to avoid poor exhaust.
5. Guide system: Common guide elements include guide pillars and guide sleeves, which need to maintain a good fit clearance to achieve smoothness and precision of movement.
6. Ejection system: We use push rods or push plates to eject and gas eject, etc., considering the shape and structure of the product to achieve uniform distribution of ejection force.
